"Big" Willie Perez

    Willie Perez is a Latin American man who got the inspiration for the art of cooking from his mother. When most children were outside playing sports, Willie was learning traditional family recipes from his mom in the kitchen. Willie took this inspiration and applied it at the New York Art Institute where he developed his culinary skills.

    Big is not only in Will's name but it's in his heart. Willie also work's as a Case Manager helping those with mental illnesses manage life skills, and personal matters. Willie is a Veteran of the Armed Forces. From 1982-1986 he served with distinction in the United States Army.

    Big Will's Catering is family owned since 1999. Willie owns and operates the family business with his wife and partner Sherly of 13 years and together they are dedicated to giving you an unforgettable dining experience.
